Gwen started into Toyota Sales over 19 years ago. She had been a "soccer mom", in fact, a competitive swimming mom who had always been drawn to automotive sales. Gwen's uncle was in the business for over 50 years and encouraged her to pursue her passion. Toyota proved to be the ideal manufacturer for Gwen to work for with its industry leading standards, integrity and involvement in the community. In the fall of 2010 Gwen moved home to London after being gone for many years and applied at ToyotaTown because of its achievements as a dealership and its incredible management staff. Since then, she has loved getting to know the London community and the surrounding area, again. "The relationships that I have formed with my clients and the support that I have from my team at Toyotatown has led to me being the recipient of a 2016 Toyota Pinnacle Award for being a Top Performer in Sales Satisfaction with Toyota Canada. Gwen is amazing. She was kind, efficient and knowledgeable. She made me feel so welcomed and explained to me the whole process in detail. 5 stars isn’t enough to show my appreciation for Gwen and Andre at ToyotaTown. They were kind, patient, and helpful throughout the car buying process. I now own a beautiful 2018 RAV4 that is in immaculate co Andre at ToyotaTown. They were kind, patient, and helpful throughout the car buying process. I now own a beautiful 2018 RAV4 that is in immaculate condition and that has everything I’d hoped for and more when I set out to get a new vehicle. I really felt like Gwen took the time to get to know me and my needs. I truly felt valued and like Gwen wanted to see me in a car that would keep me safe moving forward (I needed a new car due to an accident). Andre was so helpful with financing and struck a perfect balance between providing sound advice and not pushing to sell me packages I was hesitant about. I would absolutely shop at ToyotaTown again, although this is my dream car and I’m hoping to never need to replace it! More
