Gwen started into Toyota Sales over 19 years ago. She had been a "soccer mom", in fact, a competitive swimming mom who had always been drawn to automotive sales. Gwen's uncle was in the business for over 50 years and encouraged her to pursue her passion. Toyota proved to be the ideal manufacturer for Gwen to work for with its industry leading standards, integrity and involvement in the community. In the fall of 2010 Gwen moved home to London after being gone for many years and applied at ToyotaTown because of its achievements as a dealership and its incredible management staff. Since then, she has loved getting to know the London community and the surrounding area, again. I went into Toyota Town looking to buy my first ever brand new vehicle, without much self confidence in how that process works. I fortunately met Gwen Jones and Rita Dalal, who were both able to help gu brand new vehicle, without much self confidence in how that process works. I fortunately met Gwen Jones and Rita Dalal, who were both able to help guide me through this process. Gwen Jones was absolutely wonderful, very knowledgeable towards used and new cars, and provided a path for myself to traverse in the decision of purchasing a vehicle. In the future, when a friend or family member shows interest in buying a vehicle I will be recommending Gwen Jones to them immediately. Rita Dalal was very professional and complimentary of my financial situation. Rita gave me confidence in my ability to afford a new vehicle as a young professional, and was very fun to chat with. While chatting with Rita, she also recommend to me an insurance agent that was able to give me a lowered rate than I previously had, which was a huge bonus. All around excellent and friendly service. When I need another vehicle further in life, I will be going back to Toyota Town. More
