Poor communication and questionable allocation I placed a deposit on a 2026 Toyota RAV4 XLE Premium last year in September and have been waiting for almost a Year. Delivery dates kept getting pushed back with no information at all. I saw a recent customer review mentioning that a Pearl White cancellation unit was allocated to another buyer. Combined with the lack of clear updates on my order, I became concerned that available units in my preferred colour may not have been offered to me first. As an existing deposit customer, I expected better priority and transparency on how allocation works. When I went in recently about a refund, we stood by the reception for around 20 minutes. No one acknowledged us properly. My name was called in a low, hard-to-hear voice, when refund was processed.and the manager only appeared once at the start before returning to his desk and not coming back. The combination of the long wait with poor communication and the lack of basic courtesy during the refund visit left me disappointed. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Whitby Toyota More
