Jackie helped me out as soon as I arrived through the front door to pick up my car. She contacted Rita and Gwen immediately of my arrival and kept me updated on their status. She immediately recognized I had a long journey travelling to receive my new car and showed me to a seat. She offered me a coffee and one of her own snack bars to nourish me while delivery tasks were being done behind the scenes.
