It was my first time purchasing a car and I am undecided on my experience at Straightline Kia. When I walked in, Danny was excellent to deal with. He wasn't too pushy, seemed very honest and made it a very on my experience at Straightline Kia. When I walked in, Danny was excellent to deal with. He wasn't too pushy, seemed very honest and made it a very straightforward process. My issues with Straightline Kia started immediately after I paid the deposit. I was told I'd be contacted regarding financing right away and had to call several times to get ahold of anyone (it ended up taking almost a week) - this ended up being my experience throughout the entire process. I was initially told my vehicle would take 1 - 2 months to arrive. Ultimately it arrived after 4.5 months which isn't ideal but wasn't the problem I had with Straightline Kia. My problem was that in the 4.5 months of waiting, I received one (incorrect) email regarding my purchase. Zero updates through the entire 4.5 months of waiting and zero attempts to help me understand what was happening that delayed the arrival of my vehicle. In order to get any response from anyone I had to call and email multiple times. I definitely felt like another customer in the queue rather than someone who was making a pretty significant purchase. Ultimately, I did get my car and Danny admitted that I fell through the cracks and did his best to ensure I had a positive customer experience. The original finance manager that I worked initially left the dealership and I worked with Adam on the final financing process. He was extremely personable, knowledgable and definitely helped to redeem the entire situation. I think (and hope) my experience wasn't the norm and would potentially recommend this dealership to others only because I felt like there were adequate steps taken to redeem my experience and I appreciated that my concerns were taken seriously. More

This was one of the easiest car purchase experiences I have ever had.
