We bought a Nissan Qashqai 2019 back in November of 2023 and since then we moved to Nova Scotia. Unfortunately, the transmission gave way. BUT!!! We bought the Sym-Tech warranty and Chris made sure, even and since then we moved to Nova Scotia. Unfortunately, the transmission gave way. BUT!!! We bought the Sym-Tech warranty and Chris made sure, even though we were so far from Ontario, that we would get the best service at the dealership in Antigonish. I purchased winter alloy rims for my snow tires at the St. Catharines Nissan dealership. Service Manager, Frank Pagliario, looked after the rim install, tire changeover and tire storage for me. I had a problem with my vehicle and dealt with Dave the Mgr. of car sales. I was not impressed with his getting back to me. On 2 different occasions, he did not reply to me. Last week, I had the best & smoothest car-buying experience of my life. The experience I had at St Catharines Nissan was better than I could have imagined and far exceeded my expectations. The bar was raised so high I don’t think it can get any better. As soon as I walked into the dealership, I was greeted by Kevin Luna, who ended up selling me a brand new car. Kevin was friendly, professional, kind & considerate. His happy & upbeat demeanour makes it easy to talk to him. I felt like his main priority was to help me and give me information. I didn’t feel pressured at all & didn’t feel like it was a business interaction. If you are looking for information about a vehicle, Kevin knew all the details, from inside to out.
