He listened to what I wanted, answered all of my questions, and I genuinely felt heard throughout the process. Sales Manager Mitchell (Mitch) Gallant took the time to introduce himself, checked in throughout the buying process, and made sure everything was going smoothly. Finance Services Manager Greg Renner was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He explained the warranty options clearly, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel pressured. I appreciated that he took the time to provide the information I needed to make an informed decision. Brady, Mitch, and Greg genuinely wanted to make sure I got what I wanted, and they worked with me to make it happen. The dealership itself was clean, welcoming, and professional, and my new Elantra was ready when promised. Buying a car can be stressful, but Winnipeg Hyundai made the entire process seamless from beginning to end. They exceeded my expectations, and I felt like a valued customer throughout the entire buying experience. Thank you, Brady Hrymak, Mitchell Gallant, and Greg Renner, for making this such a positive experience. I LOVE MY CAR! – Sandra More

Promising things at a certain day or time and not coming thru on those things without me following up. Just a little frustrating, given the nature and size of the transaction. I understand everyone’s busy, but say that. Customers understand. Just don’t over promise and under deliver. Anyway, very happy with the car and everything else. And the extremely fair price we got offered for our trades is what sealed the deal. More

When the papers were signed, we were greeted by the sales manager, which was very knowledgeable, pleasant and able to accommodate us with some accessories to help protect our Tucson. One of the items that we are still waiting for are mud flaps. We hope they will be here soon. At this time my review is over all was very good.
