Dealt with 4 different people thru this process. Was very pleased with 3 of them. Had some issues with one individual who was unfortunately the main point of contact. I understand everyone’s busy, but say that. Customers understand. Just don’t over promise and under deliver. Anyway, very happy with the car and everything else. And the extremely fair price we got offered for our trades is what sealed the deal. More
