First impression with Martin was fantastic, friendly and welcoming, he had the truck ready and waiting to go for a drive before I even arrived at the dealership. We were able to find the truck that best fit my needs and went from there. Robyn Barrett and Brad Cruickshank were VERY patient in explaining and walking me through all the finer points of the deal. Overall Martin was fantastic and had a fantastic team behind him to complete the deal. Erinwood has the product on the ground and a wonderful team and I love my new F150! More

We sent an email through the website and received a speedy response from Habib. He introduced himself and gave us some information on the vehicle that we were inquiring about. Habib and I communicated through email and text a couple of times before we agreed to visit the dealership. As we arrived at the dealership and introduced ourselves to Habib, he gave us his full attention and treated us like family. He always had a smile on his face and was very accommodating when answering our questions regarding a number of vehicles. When we picked up our vehicle, Habib took his time explaining the features of the vehicle and how everything works etc. We are very happy with our chosen vehicle and we will look to referring our friends and family to Habib at Erinwood. When I noticed a crack in my bumper shortly after the purchase Pankaj encouraged me to bring it in it in to be checked out, not knowing if it was my fault or just not spotted before the sale.
