It's a Ford Explorer 2013 purchased October. 2015 Used.. I called two -three weeks after having the vehicle because it completely died on me and I got no response from anyone, It's not surprising as nick and brad were horrible and saw me as a nuisance rather then a customer who was paying $30, 000 . Nick actually had me in tears and then apologized to my husband for his behaviour . I believe I even emailed the president of the dealership about my problems with the car and got no response . Since that time I have had repeated problem with it not shifting from 1st gear into 2nd , it revs up but won't switch over until I turn the car off then on again . I have had Ford in my town look at it and they have repeatedly tried to fix it . I'm now at the point where I will have to sell it .

Thank you for looking into it , there's 90,000 km on it. I have had Ford in town look at it fix it and it's still not right thy are going to look at it again and then I will hopefully sell it after that . No offence because I didn't deal with you last time but after my last dealing with the dealership I wouldn't bring it to your service station . Unless your offering me a trade there's really nothing you can do .
