When we left the dealership I noticed I had a flat tire. I went back in to Erinwoodford to see if they had someone who would be able to assist us with repairing the flat. Brad Cruikshank, the Sales Manager came out to my car with a pump in order to get some air back in the tire. While the air was pumping he ran down the road to their service dept. to see if they could take my car in and repair the tire. He ran back and said they could do it. So once enough air was in the tire he drove the car down to the service bay. Then he went on his way back to his job and we waited for our tire to be repaired. Within a half hour the repair was done. I asked how much I owed them and they said no charge which was totally unexpected. When i was looking at the escape they said that customer satisfaction is uppermost and I believe them after this, and still no pressure to buy from them. More

Great people, huge inventory, completely satisfied customers We have been to Erinwood Ford just to test drive an Escape after couple weeks of searching for the best SUV for our family. In fact my wife has test d We have been to Erinwood Ford just to test drive an Escape after couple weeks of searching for the best SUV for our family. In fact my wife has test drove 5 different equal competitors (including CRV and RAV4) and 2 compact cars in the market. She wasn't really satisfied any of them. When we got there on a Sunday afternoon dealership was pretty busy no one was available. After couple minutes Brad C. approached us in the parking lot he has qualified our needs in minutes while walking around the cars. Dave G. brought us keys and the plate for the ride and he let us drive alone. Where should we go? Is there a designated route? NO. All he asked for my wife's drivers licence. No phone, no address. He said "Enjoy the ride, try to come back before we close!" After 15-20 min. ride she was completely satisfied both the comfort and performance. Not to mention all those features some of them were not even an option in the competition. (Just a note; please do check rear view camera brightness and back up sensors with competitors) We made an offer and it was honoured by Nick P. after a beneficial and reasonable negotiation period. Next day follow up call and confirmed delivery date and time. Thanks to Dave, he picked me up from our address for scheduled delivery. Everything was as promised. In fact Carol has printed out second bill of sale to show the difference for an extended warranty. No push, just recommendations and professionalism. Overall it was a great experience for car buying. Highly recommended dealership. More

First new vehicle purchase ever!!! As a newly single woman of a certain age making my first car purchase and a new one I was terrified. I always bought used and paid in full,on the advice of my mechanic and husband. I wanted to trust and be treated with respect, honesty, and patience. I did not want to be sold a car. I wanted my personal limitations respected and heard. I needed a bit of handholding, infinite patience and no pressure. I had been to other dealerships and was a treated as a second class customer the man I brought with me was being sold the car, I was an afterthought. Then a friend recommended Brad to me and Brad recommended Martin. I could gush about the time and patience they both spent with me. Listening, hearing, responding, letting me ruminate. Answering all my automotive questions whether they were Ford related or not. Talking to my mechanic. They helped me discover what I truly needed and didn't presssure me to buying off the lot. They recognized my needs.They didn't play me? I demanded great service. They went above and beyond my very high expectations. And I still enjoy their terrific aftersale care. I can't give much higher praise than this I don't just recommend them I insist all my friends in the market for a car go see them. Including my brother and my cherished 16 year old niece. But my experience goes beyond just these two great guys my "trusted Car Guys" I would be remiss to not mention. RT and Catherine and their always warm welcome and joining in with my teasing. Domenic on my first visit opening up an Escape for me while waiting knowing there was no sale for him and showing me around, he still greets me everytime I see him. Ashok's plain talk on the contract. Nick offering to colour co-ordinate his outfits to mine. Habib's friendliness, Graham's tea making skills. And even Stella's warm conversation. I feel part of the Erinwood family. I feel cared for, welcome. That's rare in any field. More

Great A++ Service All Around I recently purchased a used Ford Fusion from Matt Nemeth and was pleasantly pleased with the excellent service from start to finish (unlike my last ca I recently purchased a used Ford Fusion from Matt Nemeth and was pleasantly pleased with the excellent service from start to finish (unlike my last car purchase experience from a competitor). The reception, from Catherine at the front door (who addressed me by name days later upon another visit), to meeting and dealing with both Matt, Brad Cruickshank and Nick Palalas during the purchasing decision to dealing with the Sr. Financial Services Manager Carol Buckwald far surpassed my expectations. I must honestly say that the environment is almost family like, very comfortable and non pressured.I would highly recommend Erinwood Ford and Matt Nemeth. Thak you all, Brian More

I was very happy with the service and had a great experience at Erinwood Ford. I am very apprehensive when purchasing a car but these sales people made it very comfortable with absolutely no pressure experience at Erinwood Ford. They were very informative when it came down to the details of the vehicule purchased and all the costs so there was no surprises. Brad Cruickshank was the sales representitive who sold me the car and gave me a great deal . He was very professional , educational and as I said made the process so easy. Thanks again Erinwood Ford! What an super car-buying experience! Habib searched for the exact vehicle we were looking for and even though they didn't have it in their huge inventory (we are really picky), they found just what we want the exact vehicle we were looking for and even though they didn't have it in their huge inventory (we are really picky), they found just what we wanted in the colour we requested (2014 Ford Escape SE). They took both of our trades and gave us a fair value for them – they even recovered and cleaned the floor mats from one of our trade vehicles. When we arrived to pick up our new car, they were prepared with all of the paperwork and gave us a walk-thru on all of the great features in our new Escape. We couldn't ask for more! More

Although there were many bumps in the road during my purchase of my Mustang from Erinwood, I have to say that in several instances they have stepped up to the plate and made good on all of the issues. purchase of my Mustang from Erinwood, I have to say that in several instances they have stepped up to the plate and made good on all of the issues. In fact, Carol Buckwald, the Finance Manager, went well above and beyond in helping me sort out the problems. This included refinancing, service issues and warranty problems. Joe in Service was very helpful in arranging for coverage with my 3rd party warranty company to pay for some major repairs (that should have been addressed prior to delivery, but at least they'll be covered 100%). Brad in Used Car Sales helped arrange for the repair on the remote starter (this was supposed to be done prior to delivery but was delayed and I wasn't advised until the 11th hour, but again it was fixed to my satisfaction). All in all, even though it wasn't a smooth transaction all the way through, they have come through on all their responsibilities as the dealership and I would gladly buy another car from them. Just think they perhaps should do a better job of inspecting cars before delivery, to make sure everything is in order. My sincere thanks to Carol Buckwald. She has been AWESOME to deal with. More
