Camry was purchased in 2007 at Toyota We arranged for a test drive of a RAV4 Hybrid while I had my 2008 Camry in for service on 25th of October 2016. Camry was purchased in 2007 at ToyotaTown and the purchase experience was first class. The service department experience ever since has also been first class over the last 9 years! The test drive & subsequent negotiations was handled by Baz Afara. This sales person certainly lived up to the reputation experienced in our first purchase at ToyotaTown. He was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and gave us the straight goods with our eventual lease agreement for a RAV4 Hybrid. His attention to feature during the test drive, discussion & delivery were appreciated. 10 out of 10! Financial Services Manager, Nicole Levasseur was also very helpful, knowledgeble and forthright in finalizing the deal for our RAV4 Hybrid. Also of note is the cooperation between Baz & Nicole during the entire transaction including delivery! To sum up, service, sales & financial employees should be the envy of all dealerships in London & surrounding area. We are looking forward to continuing good service in the future. I found him to be very pleasant and patient as this was my first purchase of an automobile on my own ( I am a senior). Baz explained every detail about the car and the additional features that were available. Upon taking delivery, Baz went over all of the features while sitting in the automobile and answered all of my questions. I would certainly go to Baz again and would highly recommend him. Five stars in my view. More
