Totally satistified! I was looking to buy my first SUV, for several months and cant decide what brand to buy, i went to 2 nissan dealership, the other one is not very acco I was looking to buy my first SUV, for several months and cant decide what brand to buy, i went to 2 nissan dealership, the other one is not very accomodating and the other one is pressure selling,. I went also yo mitsubishi but some specs of the car i dont like,. But when I went to toyota town i was very please, when I walk in i met baz he is very pleasant and no pressure selling,. And I got a good deal am so happy with my new rav4, not only that baz service dont stop on selling the cars if i have a question after I got it he is very attentive and fast to answer question i dont need to go to my manual to check it! And becoz how happy I am to the service I recommend it to my friends and co-worker and honestly my good friend bought her first car in toyota bcoz of my recommendation., More

Problems with USB not playing mp3s My new Corolla was not playing mp3s from a USB stick. It took a few people to figure out the problem. Very pleased!! Over the last few weeks, my wife and I were comparing vehicles from Toyota Town and Nissan just next door. From the start we thought the 2015 Nissan R Over the last few weeks, my wife and I were comparing vehicles from Toyota Town and Nissan just next door. From the start we thought the 2015 Nissan Rogue was our vehicle, but Nissan didn't have the customer service we desired right from the start leaving us at an impasse with them. Whereas the VP/GM right to our sales person Baz Afara Toyota welcomed us kindheartedly. Knowing that we had a budget to work with Baz was much superior at meeting that number vs Nissan who was looking to take us to the cleaners. In today's market, you must be able to trust that your sales person is on the same page as no one wants to waste time and money, Baz was very adept at making sure the SUV we were to embark on was the best bang for our budget. After deciding upon the 2015 Rav 4 AWD Limited, we had to finalize payments. Like many young adults that have purchased a house, recently married now with a child and student debt, we had some concern about approval. Adel Al-Rayes(business manager) was an absolute joy to work with, he assured us that he would do his best to find a suitable payment plan. Sure enough he did just that, no smoke and mirrors just the truth from Adel. All in all, if your a buyer in the vehicle market looking for credence and have been poorly treated at other dealerships, Toyota Town is the place for you.
