Baz Afara was talking with the receptionist and stopped what he was doing and introduced himself and asked if he could be of help. I told him what I was interested in (7 passenger SUV) and he went and got one. I test drove it along with Baz and he told me about all the features it had. We talked about ourselves and our back grounds and I liked that. I have been in sales 40 years and built partnerships with my clients and that is how I felt with Baz. He was building a partnership with me. Baz knew his stuff, he is proud to be selling Toyotas, he is happy at this dealership and he shows it. Will I recommend this dealership? Baz simply presented the facts, explained the options in detail and allowed us to take time to discuss what would be best for us. We felt no pressure and this was truly the most enjoyable experience we have had purchasing a vehicle. When we went in to pick up our vehicle everything was ready and we just had to sign the paperwork. Baz took us to our car and spent time with us to explain the features of our new vehicle and even set up our phones for us. He is amazing!
