Andre in the financial department I have dealt with in the past and he also was so kind. Another big shout out - we had my 7 month old baby and everyone was awesome with her! I narrowed my decision down to the Camry, rather then the Rav4, very quickly, after test driving a new 2018 Camry XLE at Toyotatown, London. I had many Toyota's over the years . My last Camry was a 1999 base model and it was one of the best for reliability. I have been driving a 2007 Matrix XR for the past 5 years . It is also a very reliable car. The prices and service I receive from ToyotaTown have always been top notch. My parents have always purchased Toyota vehicles and have always had great experience with the brand and dealership service. In Feb of this year I brought my RAV4 in for service and decided to explore some new vehicle options as the RAV4 was now 8 years old, just had a water pump replacement and needed more and more maintenance. My RAV4 was appraised by Lee and I was pleasantly surprised for the amount I was offered. The RAV4 had some cosmetic issues that needed repair and I was sure I was going to receive a low price. I had been researching Tacomas and decided this was the vehicle I was going to purchase. Baz was great in showing me the details and safety features of the 2018 Tacoma. The price was right where my husband and I were comfortable paying and Andre from Finance was very kind and helpful. The process to obtaining a new vehicle was painless! When I told him that I had a vehicle already in mind he immediately offered to have me take it for a drive and take my time until I was satisfied. I then came back with my wife and Baz once again let us take our time taking the Venza for a test drive. We then decided to buy it and the paper work went smoothly since Baz was very organized and he explained all the paperwork very thoroughly and answered all our questions respectfully. On pick up of the vehicle our winter tires were installed and the car was fully ready to go as promised at the set date and time.
