Used to like them, now very disappointed. I’m very disappointed with ToyotaTown. On Tues April 30th I called to make an appointment to have my Sienna in for an oil change and a set of run flat I’m very disappointed with ToyotaTown. On Tues April 30th I called to make an appointment to have my Sienna in for an oil change and a set of run flat tires. I was on hold for over an hour when I decided to hang up and email as their message suggested. I emailed the same day. Not having heard, I called again on Friday May 3rd explained my situation and was promptly put through to one of the Service Managers voicemail. I left a message explaining what I was looking for and my callback number. No answer again so on May 8th I called back and was able to make an appointment for May 28th. At that time I asked that they take into account a price match for the Bridgestone Driveguard which I could buy from Quattro tires for $218.22. I was told they do that sort of thing once I’m in for service. On the 24 of May, I received a reminder of my appointment and I responded reminding them that I was looking for a price match and provided all the details. I received an email later in the day stating that they do not price match online stores prices. I was livid as this is not what I was told the last time I was in for service. We exchanged email back and forth a few times that day to no avail. On May 25th I got an email from Al Farmer the Parts Manager stating the same information but that he had found Canadian Tire selling them for $230.99 and that they would match that price. I responded saying how disappointed I was that they would not match the price as I had purchased 10 Run Flat tires from them (2 full sets and 2 due to flats) in the last 2 or so years. I also mentioned that Canadian Tire most definitely price matches all competitors. On the 27th of May I canceled my appointment with ToyotaTown. As Canadian Tire was minutes from my Warehouse in St Thomas ( I live in Port Stanley) I contacted them, they happily agreed to price match and ordered the tires. They came in 2 days and I had all my service done. After wasting all my time from April 30 to May 27th with ToyotaTown I finally got what I needed from someone else. Al Farmer, the parts manager said that he had forwarded my case to the Service Department for review and possible call about the situation. I have yet to hear from them. They obviously don’t need my Sienna and Venza service business. More

We went back to Toyota town and found exactly what we were looking for. We ended up purchasing a 2018 Toyota Highlander, which was fully loaded with low mileage.
