Aaron was great, very friendly and helpful. When i went back to get a sound looked at and had trouble making an appointment for service, he and Charles helped me and had the service department When i went back to get a sound looked at and had trouble making an appointment for service, he and Charles helped me and had the service department contact me. Charles was very friendly knowledgeable and helpful as well, thank you! I did not realize the wait time for the shuttle back from service department and had an appointment at the hospital, I saw Aaron to ask him for help, he went out of his way to help me to get back to the hospital, thank you! The service department staff were quite nice as well, I can't remember the names though. More
