In a span of 4months i have already been there 3 times - Meet thakore

In a span of 4months i have already been there 3 times and the issue has still not be resolved. I was having issue with my front right tire when it was making a stuttering noise and first time they said it was fixed by just driving and nothing was found and they returned it after changing to winter tire. As soon as i went back on summer tire i found this problem again and went there where a clutch issue was found and by then the noise and stuttering for the right tire was too much. They change the clutch and said problem fixed. Just the next day of pick up i found the issue still hanging there with another one adding to it. I saw a tire buldge on the same side probably because of all those stuttering and tire facing damage. I was told that its not from that and probably i drove it over a pothole making it my mistake which was never the case. On top of that they always have an excuse of too much waiting time and are never able to start the service and usual wait time is 3-4 days. They are always short staff and they do not act quickly. I almost paid 200cad everytime i go to this place in uber for work since i do not get my car back. Not to mention the vehicle is brand new and its only been 8months where i started getting this issue and they were not able to diagnose it on time leading to other issues

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Audi Uptown’s service department. I brought my 2022 Audi Q5 for a check on Friday due to a low tire pressure warning. The service advisor, Wendy SIN, claimed additional repairs were necessary, totalling $2,120, which included: Brake pads: $1,100 Wheel alignment: $900 Tire repair (patch tire): $120 My extended warranty allegedly did not cover these repairs, even though my car had just completed its annual maintenance in June this year. These prices seemed highly unreasonable, especially since my car had recently undergone annual maintenance in June. I was shocked by the estimate and called to stop the repairs. However, Wendy informed me that the work had already started, and I would need to pay part of the cost regardless. During my Saturday visit, Wendy inaccurately recorded that I had damaged my car, which is untrue. I emailed Wendy and her manager to prove this claim and correct this record but have not received a response. Wendy later displayed two pictures of the replaced parts, claiming they were abnormal, yet provided no evidence to support the damage claim. When I picked up my car on Monday, I discovered discrepancies in my service record. Wendy had noted that I had damaged my car, which was false. Wendy had also added a note to page 1 of the service form without my knowledge or consent. When I asked her about it, she pointed to my signature on page 2, implying I had authorized it—which felt very misleading and unethical. Additionally, when I questioned why the repairs weren’t covered under my extended warranty, Wendy claimed she needed time to “study” the warranty. I waited for over an hour at the shop, only to be told I’d been given a discount after she discussed it with her manager. Ultimately, I was charged $1,780 despite not receiving a proper breakdown of why my warranty did not cover the repairs. However, I didn’t want a discount — I wanted a clear explanation of why these repairs were necessary and not covered. To make matters worse, Wendy later admitted that the team shares bonuses or commissions on repairs. However, there is no visible sign disclosing this, which I believe is required under the Consumer Protection Act. This whole experience felt like a trap. I regret not checking the reviews earlier and strongly advise anyone going to Audi Uptown to be cautious. Ask for clear documentation and detailed cost estimates in writing, and ensure you fully understand the work before authorizing anything.

Just a heads-up to anyone thinking of taking their vehicle to Downtown Audi: I ended up spending nearly $2,300 on what should have been a fairly minor service and some exploratory diagnostics—only to be told I’d need over $5,000 more in repairs, with still no clear answer on what the actual problem was. I brought my Audi SQ5 in after getting an “air suspension malfunction” warning. I paid $220 for a diagnostic, expecting some insight—but they couldn’t tell me what was wrong. I didn’t even get an update until late in the day. They suggested replacing the battery and checking the wiring, which I agreed to, hoping it would finally get to the root of the issue. It didn’t. Days later, I was told they still didn’t know what was causing the problem but wanted thousands more to replace a wiring harness. At no point was there a confident diagnosis—just more guessing. What really pushed me over the edge was the lack of support and transparency. I wasn’t offered a courtesy vehicle and had to chase down basic updates. When I asked for copies of my personal information—including any call recordings—they flat-out refused, even though I never gave consent to be recorded in the first place. (For anyone reading this: you do have the right to request this under Canadian privacy law, PIPEDA.) I’ve had other frustrating experiences here before, but this one sealed it. I’m taking my car elsewhere—and I strongly suggest you think twice before trusting this dealership with yours. You deserve honesty, real answers, and to feel like your time and money matter. Sadly, I didn’t get any of that here

I spent days back and forth on a purchase of a certified pre-owned 2021 Audi RSQ8 with 25K (a $127,000+HST Purchase). There was a notable miscommunication and the vehicle was not as described when I went to pick it up. The deal was dead and I was extremely frustrated due to the lost time. While this may sound like a negative review, what sets a dealer apart and gets them from 1 star to 5 is how they handle a bad situation. An unreputable dealer will simply brush you off and not be concerned about their reputation. Audi Niagara's management team got involved right away when they discovered my frustration and not only worked to fix their process and policies on how they handle issues like this in the future, but worked with me tirelessly to get the deal done, making the appropriate concessions on the vehicle to account for the initial experience. THIS is what sets a good dealer apart from a bad one, how they fix problems and address customers concerns. Any dealer can more or less be A+ most of the time, but when you get one that works hard to make sure they put every effort in to make a poor experience a good one, that's when a review like this becomes even more valuable and relevant. Excellent recovery to the team at Audi Niagara.

Terrible experience with Audi Hamilton. From the sales person (Steve D) who completely avoided calls, emails, or any type of communication. The service provided even after requesting not to deal with that particular individual who was more interested in flaunting his 5 star customer service review posted and framed on his desk, and to taking phone calls about his side business...The GM was also no help and would not even show face when I came to pick up the vehicle. Overall the experience from Audi Hamilton left such a sour taste in my mouth, I would never even consider purchasing an Audi again let alone provide any sort of business to Audi Hamilton. One of the worst dealer experiences ever! I would and have encouraged others to leave or not even entertain Audi Hamilton and check out the other Audi dealers than to put up with being treated the way you get treated by Audi Hamilton. Audi Canada should be ashamed of the customer service provided by Audi Hamilton.

The worse experience I ever have from this dealership. The sales person ( Fred Li), The Certified Pre-Owned Sales manager ( Andrew Mccaughley) the most obnoxious people I ever met. I bought a Pre-Owned 2022 A3 from them for my daughter, and they refused to install winter tire which is on Rims before I pick up the car without charge. When I spend $40000 for a car, I think it was not too much to ask. The sales manager tried to avoid me even after I mentioned that I was waiting for him to talk. They wanted me to lie in my google reviews to show the five star. The sales guy ( Fred Li) walk way from us when we were picking up the car because I pointed out some issue in the car and raise my concern. Then the 2nd guy who came to walk around the car at the time of pickup, I think his name was Christian or something, even does not know that all car come with tire changing tool by default and he is a sales person he claimed. I ask him about the tool kit as I did not see that in the trunk, he said to me that all sedan after 2012, does not come with any tools anymore. I was surprise and call my friend who has Audi and we laughed. So I went to check my self the demo car in the showroom and there it is. So I check my car again it was sort of hidden under the spare tire. And this sales guy does not even know that. I question the integrity and qualification of this guy to be a sales person. This people are so ignorant and unprofessional I WOULD SUGGEST ANYONE WHO READ THIS, DO NOT VISIT THIS DEALER AT ALL. if the sales person does not know that tool kit is part of the car by default, and lie about it by saying it does not come anymore with the car, I do know how much else they lie to you. But I have to say the Finance Manager ( Tammy Wood) was very co-operative and helpful. The car has half tank gas when we were picking up, I ask and the sales person said that the only provide full tank gas if it is a new car. I laughed at myself. I picked up the car from those roadside use car dealership, they even provide full tank. I was so upset and did not wanted to argue further so ignored it. People, watch out for this sales manager and sales guy, even you visit this dealer after reading this. I WOULD NOT RECOMENT ANYONE NOR I WILL VISIT THIS DEALER FOR ANYTING AT ALL. THEY ARE FULL OF FOOLS.
