These extra cost items just add to their outrageous profit and they will tell you they cannot be removed. The general manager of this dealership is very skilled at passing the buck if you complain about anything with sales or service. You have been warned. On Friday June 27th, 2025, I drove my Audi A3 TDI to Audi Windsor for a routine Oil Change and complimentary multi-point inspection. I enquired as to the cost of an oil change and was advised, that cost woul Windsor for a routine Oil Change and complimentary multi-point inspection. I enquired as to the cost of an oil change and was advised, that cost would be $319 plus tax, so a total cost of roughly $400. I was advised that all Audi dealerships operate individually. I spoke to the service consultant, that I have paid $285 for an oil change at Audi Brampton. I was also told, because my Audi A3 TDI has high mileage, the cost of an oil change is higher. my car is not in a state of poor condition, where it is unsafe for the road, yet as a Audi driver, the mileage on my vehicle has an impact on the cost of a routine oil change. At this point I advised the Service Consultant that I no longer want the oil change and to pull my vehicle out of the service bay. I also advised the Service Department, to delete my personal information from their system, as I will no longer, bring my car in for any type of servicing. I would rather have my car towed to Brampton Audi or driven there. The feeling that I had was that some dealerships prioritize profit over customer satisfaction. More
