We found Kevin's answers to our questions thorough, leaving us confident and trusting of this friendly, intelligent, knowledgeable dealer representative. Ashley was like Kevin in her extensive knowledge of the various warranty packages and programs, but never insistent, allowing us the customer to have trust and confidence in this phase of the purchase. Was in June 12, 2025 for a warranty service No 1. I had scheduled the service in advance. The service advisor was attentive and i was sitting waiting within 5 minutes of arrival. I was notified when the vehicle was complete which was approximately 70 minutes after arrival. Left the dealership 90 minutes after arrival being exactly the time expected. Cost was reviewed with the cashier.
