Even through the stopsale interruption of my purchase and waiting for my actual vehicle to come into the dealership, communication was great. Always an easy text away with questions and concerns I may have had. I never felt that I was an inconvenience or annoying to anyone there. Sumit did a FANTASTIC job walking us through all the features of the vehicle. Honestly I had done months of research on 3 row SUVs and I knew I wanted this one. Sumit’s real job was to convince my husband. And he certainly did. Working through the financing and other warranty options experience was surprisingly not stressful. Everything was explained well and never felt pressured. In the end I did purchase some extras and feel secure in the choices I made. I would HIGHLY recommend Winnipeg Hyundai to anyone. Everyone I encountered there was pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable.
