Purchased a lightly used Cadillac EV from this Dealership. I was a walk in dealt with Jake. Fair deal, good treatment. Jake spent an appropriate amount of time with me looking at multiple units help me decide between two very different options and I'm very happy with my choice. Had vehicle serviced at same dealer once and was very happy with the result.

I dropped off my 2018 GMC Sierra for an 11:00am appointment, guaranteed completion 1:00pm, waited until almost 3:30pm. Quoted $459.46 for an ABS inspection, replacing the right front tire sensor and an oil change. After I declined all of the additional services they “recommended” (10 in all), the actual charge increased to $553.28. When I questioned the sudden price change all I got was the “estimate was low”, not good enough, they had 4 and a half hours to advise me that it was going to be more but instead waited until they put the debit machine in front of me. The estimate was (arguably) high to start with but service while under warranty was good so I trusted it would continue, fool me once….. I am loyal to those that provide service with honour and integrity but once that’s lost, I never go back. My truck is lightly driven, it only has 55,000 km, trying to sell me services, valued in the thousands, that I don’t need, hmmm. I thought customer satisfaction was imperative in a highly competitive business, perhaps I’m naive. I won’t be going back.

WARNING: I had a really bad experience with Dueck Downtown service center. Overall, very low transparency and care. Evidence: 1. Gone for rear noise, they diagnosed it is dry bushing, said applied lubrication (which is not a solution), charged me $118, still the same level of noise. 2. Went back to them saying the noise is still there, their new diagnosis says you need to change both rear shock absorbers. Not sure why this didn't came on the first inspection. But on the work sheet it says: "... I remove the right rear shock, and road test, the noise is gone...". HOW can you move a car with the shock absorber removed!!!! 3. So the noise is still there, I've paid $118, and they want $925 more for shock replacement, and I am not even sure it is the shocks.

These people are horrible, claim to be family friendly. My Dad and I went in to buy his dream car (Worked hard all of his life and been talking about the corvette for years) we found the car, talked numbers and finally came to an agreement, went to finance, check went through and arranged to finalize all papers and pick up car next day. 20 min after we left the dealership this incompetent and/or slimey salesman Blake tells us he made a mistake and that the financing option will add another $15,000 to the price.. obviously we were not happy and thats when the back and forth started. Manager Mark got involved and hes even worse. They then attempted to offer a higher % interest rate than agreed and when declined, they brought up that they Will put ceramic coating on the vehicle for us, which we replied it already had it.. they 'checked' and told us oh ya it is added but we didnt add it to the MSRP.. These guys are the worst, snakes hidden in grass. Mark and Blake are both incompetent and the definition of slimey salespeople - Not surprised. Just shocked (this all happened after Mark was saying how is appreciative and grateful of all emergency services personnel - My dad was RCMP for many years, guess this is how he treats RCMP) After lots of back and forth and us catching them in schemes and lies, they pulled the deal instead of taking any accountability and acknowledgement for their "mistake" - Also Blake was in finance office covering for a finance person, with how big of a mistake this was.. Id strongly consider going ANYWHERE else other than this place. I wish I could put 0 stars and not 1. Because you people don't deserve anything other than misery and hardship.
