Absolutely shocked by the poor customer service today. While we had an appointment to test drive a particular vehicle, they let someone else test drive it. While they were dealing with the sales rep. We were told to pay a deposit and purchase the vehicle from under them. Absolutely terrible.

The sales team is good but the service department has gone down hill. I have bought multiple cars there but never again due to the poor service department. They take days to respond and always come up with excuses as to why things are not covered under warranty.

One thing that has always impressed me is that every service advisor I have worked with has eventually been promoted—a true testament to the quality of the people Audi Downtown hires and develops. Fortunately for us, each time someone moves on, another exceptional team member steps in. The high standard of professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care has never changed. A special thank you to Billy, my most recent service advisor, for taking such excellent care of me. My timeline was almost impossible to accommodate, yet you made everything work seamlessly and came through with flying colours. Having my car returned beautifully cleaned was an unexpected and much-appreciated bonus. Outstanding purchase experience and follow up from Blair MacKeigan and the team at Turner VW. We were searching for a specific vehicle (Alltrack), and had several to choose from at various dealers in BC. Straightforward, honest communication from Blair brought our business to Turner in spite of several options closer to Van Isle. We are knowledgeable about the auto business, and have high expectations of sales teams, Blair exceeded our expectations throughout the entire process, as did the rest of the team as we worked out details on some additional options we wanted on the car before purchase, and doing long distance resolution of a minor issue with the hood wrap. Highly recommended!

I bought a vehicle from them and all was good with servicing while it was under warranty. The warranty has expired yet I would like to maintain regular servicing through the dealership. To book a service I called three times at approx. 2 week intervals and was unable to speak with anyone in the service department. I left VM each time with a description and call back number. None of my calls has been followed up on. I'm looking for a different Audi dealer for any future Audi service and purchasing needs.
