EDIT: due to my review, St Albert Dodge has cut ties with us and is refusing to fix the damage caused by their staff. Absolutely pathetic and shameful. I am completely fed up and done with St Albert Dodge after being a loyal customer here, buying our last 3 vehicles from here. I ran into issues with my 2018 Dodge Durango last spring. We had the service department at St Albert replace my head gaskets. The job was not done properly after $5000 out of pocket repairs, so they had to redo the job the following December. We got the SUV back right before Christmas (on Christmas eve). The engine was shaking profusely and leaking coolant everywhere. Of course they were closed for the holidays and we were stuck with an unreliable, damaged SUV because the incompetent staff member couldn't even check over the job they did and rushed to get it back to us. We brought it back in after the holidays, they somewhat addressed the issue by fixing the leaking coolant, but the engine still sounded rough and was SHAKING. We brought it back in THREE more times (which of course was never documented) and kept telling us "it's fine" as the shaking progressively got worse. I brought my SUV back in last week to have the issues looked at, yet again. The service guy noticed the shaking immediately as well. My air conditioning has also been "hissing" since I got it back, which ALSO happened after the first time they replaced my head gaskets, and they were able to fix when I brought it back in that time. They told me this time they wouldn't be fixing the air conditioning because "it's fine" (even though I showed them proof of how they fixed it last time, yet they still refused to believe me and denied it) and told me the "engine mounts" are broken as well which was causing the shaking. They said "it wasn't their fault" because they "never went near that area" when replacing the head gaskets. So they said we would have to pay $1500 out of pocket to fix that now. We argued that the engine was fine until they touched it in December, and that they shaking started after that. They kept denying it. Said someone would call us about it, yet they never did end up calling. I don't trust them, so we brought the SUV to another shop to have the engine mounts repaired. The shop asked me why I would think it's the engine mounts. I told them the story. They said that seems HIGHLY UNLIKELY and unusual so they wanted to investigate it first. They took it for a road test and checked it out. The engine mounts are fine. There is damage with the pulleys from previous work, done by St Albert Dodge, exactly like we thought in the first place. So St albert dodge was going to charge us another $1500, out of pocket, to fix something that WASN'T EVEN BROKEN, while leaving the damage THEY caused to my engine. After all the other miscellaneous damage and problems they have already caused to my vehicle. I also want to add that after one of the many times their "mechanics" had my SUV, my key fob sensor (in my trunk - NO WHERE near where they were working) was mysteriously damaged, and they didn't even connect my windshield wipers back to the engine (which I found out while driving with my two young kids on a highway in freezing rain). They have zero regard for the safety of their customers. Their mechanics are incompetent and negligent. I would never recommend this place to anyone and I would give ZERO stars if I could. Thanks for completely damaging my vehicle that I trusted with your business and staff to fix.

I had just another larger expense in the service department. second time in less than a year, on a 5 year old Jeep Grand Cherokee. After expressing considers they deducted about $800, it was a help but still a price was outrages. they a had vehicle for 5 days and still could not wash Jeep. (Even though its called a wash, it is just a rinse) but they could not even do that! It is advertised with every service you get a carwash! (NOT! ) what is a person to do? Are we suppose ask, or does Service advisor ask? how does this work? All they is your money!!!! Don't follow through on their ads. ( apparently unless you micromanage everything / everyone involved) Hailey service advisor was lovely. unfortunately seemed like she could not do her job well with computer / IT had issues.

Doug in parts always goes over and above for me, if he can't find what I need, he knows who can. Thank-you, Doug. Brett in the shop explains things to me plainly, which I appreciate. As a woman, I find that not all shops treat me this way. Thank-you, Brett.

Sketchy service department Went in for gas recharge told didn't need it so I told them why then my serive air suspension light comes on and was told they would go back to mechanic a d get back to me. Before going back to mechanic they had a list of other repairs suggested to me and I said no. Mechanic got back to them on additional work that was suggested on suspension and I said I would have to check with the husband first a d he said no and that's when I was presented with a suspension diagnostics test at a charge of 136.00 and also told I would pay additional lot fee if not picked up today. Had I been told that would hold an additional charge then that would be acceptable but I was not. It appears because I did not take suggested repairs I was charged.

I just purchased a used vehicle from Londonderry. I am very happy with my purchase. Lyle and Sam made a great team. I left with my vehicle feeling well treated and fully informed. I did not feel pressured in any way. A complete vehicle history was supplied, including a complete inspection prior to finalizing the deal. Justin in Finance did not push for add-ons or things that did not suit my financial situation. The best dealership in Alberta.

Sorry, this is late. Cam has always been my guy...We purchased another Durango form him late last year...Ummm, will make # 7 from this guy. He is smart, always listens and as Always...Gives Me options...Not what He wants me to buy. lol, if that makes sense. Daughter tuning 18 in March...Will have to see him Again! Beware!!! As previously rated "SCAM ARTISTS"!!! The sales person who promoted "family run business" wrote in black felt and provided their finance person an "All-In-Pricing". 2 hrs later this led to bogus fees ($999, $899, $699) which the sales person said was the law - REALLY! An out right lie and after researching plus a $10 AMVIC fee which incidentally is also added on as well, what another waste. AMVIC says there was no advertising provided ... the bill of sale should be enough to go on??? I paid for running boards and there is no mention on the bill of sale or was an invoice provided? I contacted the dealership and the family run ownership justified their BOGUS fees by trying to tell me I got a great price below msrp and should be happy for that. Lessons learned I would have given a negative rating but this survey does not provide that option >>> worst vehicle purchase ever!!!

Terrible and dishonest. Pencil whipped the Amvic and Out of Province inspections checking off items that were obviously not done. Make sure you read the fine print because they will try and take advantage of you. Get everything in writing.

However, at the last minute, I was told that I would have to cover it myself—but that the amount could be added to the loan. I signed the contract because I though I remember it wrong but I reviewed our chat history today, and she never mentioned anything like that before.
