Brought my 2020 Dodge Ram 1500 Sport in yesterday for an oil change using Synthetic oil. When i went to pay it was $189.00, i said to the guy taking my payment how ridiculous the price was for a simple oil oil change using Synthetic oil. When i went to pay it was $189.00, i said to the guy taking my payment how ridiculous the price was for a simple oil change, he said "yeah, you are not the only one complaining about the price increase". I think from now on i will go elsewhere or even do it myself, I'm finding more and more that dealerships are horribly over priced for services which is unfortunate since I have been a long time customer there. No one is perfect. But Southside dodge has stepped up for me on my new 2025 jeep grand Cherokee summit reserve. I had a 2023 and they swapped my tires and a hood tha But Southside dodge has stepped up for me on my new 2025 jeep grand Cherokee summit reserve. I had a 2023 and they swapped my tires and a hood that was painted. I was very surprised how far they went on this purchase to keep me happy and to stay a customer there. I have now bought 6 vehicles from Southside and the service keeps getting better. Great job to Avery for helping me out and being his first sale with many more at Southside for him.
