This suggests that the work performed may not have met professional standards, possibly due to the use of damaged polishing pads or improper techniques. I had requested the manager to review the security camera footage to verify the condition of my truck when it was dropped off, but I was informed that the camera was not functioning and that there were no available images of my vehicle. This lack of accountability is concerning. Given this experience, I feel compelled to advise potential customers to reconsider their dealings with Londonderry Dodge, as I believe there are other dealerships that prioritize customer satisfaction and professional services. Would I be a return customer to this dealership - YES Would I recommend this dealership to friends and family - YES NAV !!!! was my guy at the start and he was the best he was funny, polite and a down-to-earth kind of guy. From the very start Manny made every effort to connect with us including a personalized video showing us the truck to prove it was truly available and as good as the pictures showed. He even had it freshly washed and ready for us to test drive, and went so far as to park a brand new vehicle along side so we could do a true comparison. He went above and beyond, staying as late or as long as needed to ensure we were satisfied, and was not joking when he said the polish and touch ups would make the vehicle look like brand new when we pickier it up. And then when we brought our new truck home he connected with us the next day to ensure everything was good and that we were happy with the truck! Never have we ever experienced such wonderful personalized service where our business felt appreciated and that we would always be looked after! They do things the right way because it’s the right thing to do…..and that was very obvious to us from the moment we walked through their doors.
