My experience with Mercedes-Benz Country Hills has been extremely disappointing, particularly after the vehicle purchase.
The sales process was smooth, but once the paperwork was signed, the level of customer service and follow-up dropped significantly. I experienced issues that should have been handled promptly, yet I had to repeatedly follow up myself to get updates and answers.
One of the most frustrating issues was being charged an additional month of lease payments on my previous vehicle due to delays in processing the lease payout. Although I was assured this would be taken care of, the payment was still withdrawn from my business account, and I was left waiting while Mercedes-Benz and the financial institution worked through their internal process. This should never become the customer's responsibility.
I also found that several commitments made during the sales process were either delayed or not followed through as promised. Communication after the sale was inconsistent, and I did not feel that my concerns were treated with the urgency or professionalism I expected from a premium brand.
When you purchase a Mercedes-Benz, you expect exceptional customer careānot only before the sale, but long after you take delivery of the vehicle. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.
Based on my experience, Mercedes-Benz Country Hills has significant room for improvement in customer care, after-sales support, communication, and honoring commitments made to customers.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves the ownership experience for future customers.
