I waited for six months for my vehicle to arrive. On the day I went to pick it up, I was handed the keys and told to go outside and make sure I was happy with it. I paid for a roof rack and block heater, and to my surprise, they were not installed. I had to drive it back to Calgary three months later to get it installed. This is a 700km trip for me.

I had a horrible traumatizing experience at this dealership. Spend your money elsewhere. I’m not saying all the employees are bad but the sales guy I dealt with left me crying as he bullied me infront of everyone. He ruined my purchase experience of buying a vehicle and I’m just shook the dealership didn’t even try to make him apologize for his actions and words, and he got away with treating a customer the way he did. Buying a vehicle should be a pleasant experience and this employee doesn’t know the spelling of pleasant. Take ur money and business where you’ll be appreciated.
