Very happy with my new Defender! I came in mind with a specific price and after a test drive it was an easy process to come to an agreement. I spoke to a few people in the sales team, and all of them were super courteous. The finance guy wasn't too pushy and respected what I wanted. I did think it was a good idea to get 3M and undercoating with the winters we get here. You pay good money for these vehicles, you gotta look after them. When I came to pick up my Defender, their GM also came out and shook my hand and talked about my new purchase to make sure my experience was all good. You could tell he really cared about his team doing a good job. He even pointed out the service department for future visits. Overall, this was a MUCH better car buying experience than my last time at a different dealership I won't mention. Land Rover Royal Oak has won me over, definitely a good idea to check these guys out. More

For a brand that markets itself on luxury and a premium customer experience, the gap between what’s promised and what’s actually delivered here is embarrassing. Interactions ranged from indifferent to outright condescending. What should have been a positive experience around a significant purchase was instead frustrating from start to finish. I would not recommend this dealership. Save yourself the headache and shop at another Land Rover location — the product is the same, the treatment is not. More
