After realizing they were not following through on what was promised, I attempted to resolve the issue with management Melanie, but they were uncooperative and dismissive. Instead of taking responsibility, they made excuses and showed no concern for customer satisfaction. Buying a car should be a transparent and trustworthy process, but this dealership operates with dishonesty and a lack of integrity. I waited for six months for my vehicle to arrive. On the day I went to pick it up, I was handed the keys and told to go outside and make sure I was happy with it.
