Excellent service from Sales department and Service dept. Dimitri was very helpful and accommodating in helping me choose my new vehicle. I really enjoyed this as I didn't feel the excessive pressure one feels when first entering a car dealership. I didn't particularly enjoy my experience with the finance department and will keep this to myself. (Who does enjoy dealing with finance anyway?) If I had to buy another vehicle tomorrow, I wouldn't hesitate to go back to Dimitri and his team at Woodridge. Thanks! More

Easy Process I decided to trade off my 2014 F350 for the new 2015 F150 which better suited my needs due to a change of plans.. I met James at the dealership one snowy evening in early January and worked on the deal. I had dealt with James previously at another dealership so I knew how he treated a customer ...I was unsure how much trade value the dealership would recognize but James assured me he could get it done....James was right and we concluded on a transaction value for the trade and ordered the new F150......which is the best truck Ford has ever made.... What can I say about James...likely the best automobile salesman I have dealt with in the past 30 years ...not a lot of pressure but full of relevant facts about the product....In short James is one of the best and is an asset to Woodridge. No pressure I have purchased six vehicles in the last 10 years and this is by far the best experience I have ever had at a dealership.I went in to the service dep I have purchased six vehicles in the last 10 years and this is by far the best experience I have ever had at a dealership.I went in to the service department for an oil chance for my husband's truck and I saw a beautiful red, convertible Mustang at the entrance. I asked James MacDonald if I can have a test drive and he was very helpful, even if I've told him that I am not going to buy it. After the test drive, I asked him to take a picture of me with the car and he gave me also the "sold" sign. My husband loved the picture and convinced me to buy the car.I went back 2 days after that to sign the papers and James gave me a pizza and a voucher for a trip to Las Vegas. How can you refuse that? More
