I was fortunate to find a salesman and dealership that offered great advice, listened to my requirements and made purchasing my vehicle fun with no pressure. The finance department was very knowledgeable and provided me with a few options to best suit my purchasing plans. I was looking for a full size truck and James helped me find the perfect fit for my requirements. He spent a few hours with me including a test drive. I bought a new 2014 F-150 in February this year and could not be happier. This is my first Ford and I can't wait for my next one! But because the consultant we had dealt was very accommodating and friendly and he had given us the chance of driving it for a test, my husband decided we will take it for the color we wanted. The consultant was very helpful to us in every step of the process. He also had offered to give us a loaner vehicle since my friend had taken over our old car and we had nothing to use while waiting for the possession of the new vehicle. He also had explained all the uses of the buttons and switches of the car on the day I pick it up and that helps greatly.
