Bill was very honest and forthcoming and was there to answer any questions I have either through email or via telephone within the hour. When we explained to Bill that we wanted some extra time to discuss the purchase he was very understanding and accommodating to us. Bridget was also very helpful. She expedited the process for us and we were able to do most of the leg work through telephone and email which suited us as we were very busy at the time but still did not want to wait forever on our new vehicle. I would recommend both of these individuals to anyone looking to purchase a new Ford. More

The communication was good even when a small hiccup outside of the dealers control delayed the pickup of the vehicle by 1 day. Tian and Alison ensured I had all the extra's covered and were a pleasure to work with.
