I was promised a free oil service (not that I care for the value of it), but now they fail to acknowledge any such thing. I have been given a run around by Mr. Rana and a few other associates for a measly oil change. Also wanted to mention that when I asked about extended warranty at the time of lease, the car salesman played dumb saying he had no information whatsoever about the warranty. However, he suggested an arbitrary price and said it would make a huge difference in my monthly payment anyways. That was untrue. The additional warranty was much higher than what he suggested and then refused to take any responsibility by playing dumb. This review is not to complain about a cheap oil change, it is about over promising and under delivering. They provide great service before you sign and then they're on to the next one. I had a poor overall experience at this dealership and would not recommend it. Do yourself a favour and pick another Nissan dealership. More

Dishonest Service/ Fleecing customers I had a bad experience with this dealership. I went there for service they charged me a lot of money... didnt fix my problem ....expected me to spend I had a bad experience with this dealership. Meanwhile another Nissan dealership in the vicinity did the job under warranty(no charge)! Unbeleivable I am suprised people still go to this dealership for service. Buyer Beware! More

Toyota Bought at a Nissan Dealership I was in the market for a 2012-2013 Toyota 4Runner. I had been looking for one for a couple months in my price range. I stumbled across a recent trade I was in the market for a 2012-2013 Toyota 4Runner. I had been looking for one for a couple months in my price range. I stumbled across a recent trade in at WoodChester Nissan in Mississauga. I had emailed the dealership and the first person who emailed me back was obviously not interested in my business, as he never replied to an email I sent to him later. Then I got in contact with Danny Starret of their sales team. We spoke for a couple weeks before my family went to see the truck. We negotiated hard as the truck was slightly out of our price range, but with his help we were able to get the truck we were looking for. We even wanted a couple accessories only available at Toyota that they bought and installed for us. Overall a 5/5 experience. I was a different kind of customer than their usual but if your in the market for a new or used Nissan, go to WoodChester. They're a truly polite, honest and professional dealership.
