Appointment was at 11:30, said they were running behind and would take 1 hour and 30 mins. I come back at 1:15, and service associate says well I mean, probably closer to 2, we close then anyway. So I go for a walk and come back at 1:50 only to finally see the mechanic getting in my car and tells me it will be another 40 mins. But the service guy says well I mean, 15 or 20. No apology no nothing, just that it's busy. What the xxxx did I make an appointment for???anyway, it's just about 2pm and I'm still sitting here... More

Dealership did NOT UPHOLD AGREEMENT We had bought our Murano from them back in January, and had been promised by the sales rep a cargo cover. It was in the agreement signed by both of us We had bought our Murano from them back in January, and had been promised by the sales rep a cargo cover. It was in the agreement signed by both of us acknowledging this. When they called us to let us know that the car had come in, we noticed that the cargo cover was not included, the sales rep had told us that it was on "back order" and that once it comes in he will let us know. He had gotten us to sign the papers - we had trusted them and did not think much, but once we reviewed it they did not itemize the cargo cover as part of the agreement. We called the sales rep and he had assured us that there was nothing to worry about and that we will receive a call once it has come in. We had followed up with the sales rep multiple times, and he would still insist that it was on back order - from May - August we had followed up and only spoken to the sales rep because we had TRUSTED him. We finally got fed up and asked to speak to the manager about this, and the manager's only response was to give us money - the wholesale value of the cargo cover. We were in utter shock - something we had been promised and signed on the original agreement and been assured by the sales rep that we would receive and now we can only get the wholesale value of the cover, which is absolutely ridiculous. More
