Eric was very knowledgeable, patient and easy to talk with. We really appreciated how much time he spent with us going over all the new gadgets included with our new electric Kona. As we were told from the beginning it took about a year for the car to come in and no surprises - we got exactly what we ordered. When it came time for the paperwork and payment, Chris was excellent to deal with - very knowledgeable and friendly. Overall a terrific experience.
