Only good on selling cars, then forgets every promise made after you leave the door. Since the pandemic, their service has been non-existent. Now, my vehicle is on that situation, which needs the engine replaced. I have provided all documents needed, even the extended warranty form which includes a rental. More than a week after, I still don't have a rental, no timeline to have my vehicle fixed - and no one cares. This is not about the staff, all of them are accommodating, but the process itself really doesn't make any sense. Steer Clear! More
