I just recently purchased a 2024 Kona, this will be my fourth Hyundai vehicle purchase. Despite being a loyal Hyundai customer, I was going to be leaving the company due to a dysfunctional 2020 Santa Fe a fourth Hyundai vehicle purchase. Despite being a loyal Hyundai customer, I was going to be leaving the company due to a dysfunctional 2020 Santa Fe and a complete disregard for me as a customer. I had a car payment without a car for approximately two months of my three years of owning the Santa Fe. The service team didn’t see fit to offer me a replacement vehicle even though my warranty covered it, and I lived out of the city. The salt in the wound was the blatant disrespect in not responding to my inquiries of when I could expect a vehicle so I could inform my employer when I could return to regular hours.
