We purchased a vehicle from Eric three months ago. Part of the agreement was for the door panel to be repaired. The car was delivered and the door was not repaired. He advised that they tried but couldn’t get it fixed right and they would send it to a different shop. He said they would get in touch. We have been calling and texting for three months and he has avoided all communication. We reached out to the body shop and they said they never tried fixing it and he should be contacting us. He was supposed to call us back the next day and did not. He also did not honor the warranty for the chrome bumper peeling. We took it to Focus Hyundai and they honored the warranty no questions asked and we didn’t even buy it there. As of today it has been close to three months and we still can’t reach him. Extremely disappointed and we are now trying to reach the general manager. We won’t be buying from Eric again. More

Vlad was very nice and straight to the point instead of meaningless questions other dealerships may be asking. This Hyundai dealership or sales reps may be asking. Vlad was also able to offer a trim not available at other dealership. Not only was I able to receive a competitive quote, but also “touch and feel” the exact trim I wanted. Even though vehicle wait time was substantial, I was willing to wait for the trim I wanted. Leo was also very professional offering different additional warranty options and fully understood when I had opted to decline them. It did feel like no pressure purchase. More
