I guess we were pretty demanding of our sales rep making him go get the cars and answering our questions, but this is a fairly important purchase for us and were undecided in which model to purchase, make no mistake we were purchasing that day. When Kyyle called my wife a stupid xxxxx as he walked away, he must have thought he said it low enough under his breath for us not to hear, but he was wrong. we promptly left, AND WILL NEVER BE BACK, we are loving our new car that we bought from a proper salesman elsewhere. Good luck to this dealership getting customers with this person working for them. More

Do not take your car into body shop! Took my Santa Fe in after a collision in April assuming it was in the best hands from the place I purchased it. Picked it up to discover 2 burn marks Took my Santa Fe in after a collision in April assuming it was in the best hands from the place I purchased it. Picked it up to discover 2 burn marks in my passenger seat that were not there when it was dropped off and a long deep scratch on the new bumper. I immediately pointed out concerns and they were willing to repair both. Took vehicle in again and the holes were patched and they "forgot" to repair the bumper. I called the general manager who refused to take responsibility for the burn marks when I was not satisfied with the repair (he immediately picked out the repairs without knowing where the damage was). I took my vehicle in Monday for the bumper repair, to be picked up by latest today. I called today and they said the "bumper was burned" and needs to be redone! I called the general manager again and he was very unsupportive. I have no confidence and trust in this dealership at all. More
2 vehicles, 2 bad experiences My wife and I have purchased 2 vehicles from Winnipeg Hyundai. Neither experience was pleasant. The first time, we bought a 2011 Santa Fe Limited, My wife and I have purchased 2 vehicles from Winnipeg Hyundai. Neither experience was pleasant. The first time, we bought a 2011 Santa Fe Limited, loaded with accessories. Without even mentioning it to us, they sold us the floor model. When we came to pick up the vehicle, I realized they had given us the floor model, and brought it up. They acted like they were doing us a favour. I pointed out some marks in the paint, a small hole in one of the leather seats, and some other minor cosmetic damage. Their idea of "making things right" was to throw in the first oil change. After the first experience, we had no intention of ever going back. Unfortunately, they lured us back in with a trade-in deal on our 2011 Santa Fe, just as our warranty was running out. Since we had just had a bit of a repair scare, we decided to trade-in so that we could continue to have a warrantied vehicle. This time, we traded up to a 2016 Santa Fe XL Luxury addition, again loaded with accessories, plus an extended warranty. Between signing the deal and picking up the vehicle, I had some questions about the warranty. I both called and emailed Michelle in finance, but she was very bad at returning messages (I ended up having to follow up on my own messages). Eventually, I got my answers, but not without a lot of hassle. While picking up the vehicle, I noticed they had not installed one of our accessories (a hood protector). I mentioned it to Michelle, and she told me it was back ordered. Fast forward 2 months and I still have not heard from the dealership regarding the hood protector, so I called their parts department. Lo and behold, they had one in stock. I tried contacting Michelle to see about getting it installed. That was a week ago, and she has not returned my messages. They would have to offer me a free vehicle to get my business a third time (and even then, I would think twice). More

Very few issues with the vehicle and every time it has been taken care of professionally and quickly. Very impressed with both the sales dept and service dept. I have referred many people here and all are now loyal customers. Coffee is great and always have a great conversation with Graham and other staff when I'm servicing. More

Because we live outside Winnipeg, we phoned first to inquire about the car. We met our salesperson Kaelen on the phone. He was pleasant, knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all my questions. Also, he emailed the car's service records and Car Proof, plus always responded quickly to my messages. It turned out that Kaelen had family in our town - so he brought the car out for us to see. He was courteous, well informed and allowed us to take our time at the test drive even though he'd already put in a full day's work, and driven an hour to reach our home. He did not pressure us to buy, but he listened well so that he could show how the features of the vehicle matched our needs. We also talked about the drawbacks .. no vehicle is perfect and Kaelen gave us the facts we requested. I trusted Kaelen's knowledge and service, and after purchasing the vehicle, felt we'd made a sound decision. We paid cash, plus, the car was very well priced, so there was little room for negotiation. However, as we usually buy new vehicles, we were surprised by what we now know is the customary, taxable, 'documentation fee' added to the price of used vehicles. In the end the dealer agreed to accept a reduced documentation fee and we were satisfied with the price. Although this post requires a rating, I cannot truly rate this dealership as our experience was so limited. What I can say however, is that we were impressed with great service from our sales person, Kaelen. More
Terrible dealership. We had agreed upon the final price everything in, including taxes. During the final stages of paperwork I decided to double check the payments and noticed the price all in came to over 1000$ more than agreed upon. When I asked about this, I was told that it was due to extra "fees" that are on top of the price. When they couldn't explain what the fees actually were and I had stated that I would not pay a cent above our agreed upon price, the deal fell apart. As I was walking out, they tried explain that the sales manager was new and had made a mistake. Needless to say, I still left. Fast-forward 4 months and I actually returned to the dealership since I had still not purchased a vehicle. Decided to try them again since it was a very convenient location. This time my experience was far worse. Again we came to an agreed upon price. This time all the payments worked out. Signed the agreement, made a deposit and did the financing. Bought a dealer demo that had 6000Km on it.... so we were told.... On the day before we were to pick up our new vehicle, we got a call to say that our financing had gone through, but there was a problem. The car we had bought actually had 11000km and not 6000km. The car was over one year old, and the dealer who had supposedly been driving the vehicle was actually driving a different one. Obviously we were not happy with this and asked who had been driving the vehicle. And asked if it was driven by customers or multiple people. They could not tell us and just kept saying they weren`t sure... So they are off by 5000km and no idea who was driving the vehicle... not a chance we were buying this one. We were then offered a price for a brand new one, which was still way above what we were paying for the dealer demo. As well as being way above the invoice pricing of the vehicle during the supposed `dealer invoice pricing` sale. There was little in terms of apology or accepting responsibility for their error. I stated that we had a signed agreement on a price, as well as a deposit and financing in place. It is now their responsibility to supply me with a similar or better product. I offered to pay extra money for the new one but we could not come to an agreement. 2 Terrible experiences with an absolutely terrible dealership. I was warned before by other people as well as other negative reviews. Should have listened! More
