EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!!!!!! I had went to another dealership, because they had a Hyundai Accent with remote start. I wanted the car so tried to get a deal. I had called the next day to find out what was happening with the deal. I felt like I was not a priority and they would get to me on their own time. I told them to cancel the whole deal. Feeling upset, I went back online and thought "what the heck, I'll fill out an application for finance from Winnipeg Hyundai". I got a call from Cassidy and gave all the information needed. Decided to find out what they could do, we went in. Not only did they get me a 2017 Hyundai Accent in the color I wanted (silver), I also got the remote starter I really wanted. He explained everything to us in terms we could understand and made sure to take care of all the little "extras" that we asked for, even having someone fill our tank and put on our new license plates! Derek really gives you personal, high-quality service, going so far as to provide us with his personal cell number to call if we ever have any problems whatsoever while we own the vehicle. We have never encountered this type of down-to-earth, unprententious service from any dealerships in the past. We ordered the Diamond -Kote treatment to our car and it was done in a very timely manner. The sales managers took the time to introduce themselves to us (they even remembered our names when we came back to pick the car up) and the entire staff has a very pleasant family-vibe to it. We were happy with the price negotations and found them to be fair and reasonable.
