Derek really gives you personal, high-quality service, going so far as to provide us with his personal cell number to call if we ever have any problems whatsoever while we own the vehicle. We have never encountered this type of down-to-earth, unprententious service from any dealerships in the past. We ordered the Diamond -Kote treatment to our car and it was done in a very timely manner. The sales managers took the time to introduce themselves to us (they even remembered our names when we came back to pick the car up) and the entire staff has a very pleasant family-vibe to it.
