Definitely didn't get the typical car dealership vibe. Derek was also wonderful to work with for financing - made us feel like family - and helped us out with gap insurance. They said they would look after me as I was a returning customer. I then went to Winnipeg Hyundai and met with Marc and told him exactly what I wanted. He had the vehicle for me. I met with Ralph to make a deal on the vehicle. I picked up my new 2018 Santa Fe on Saturday and met with Derek who had all the paperwork ready for me and treated me like gold. He gave me his contact info and told me many times to contact him if I ever needed anything. They were all extremely friendly & professional and I never felt pressured.
