He answered all our questions with sincerity and honesty and quite simply guided us with ease through our vehicle selection, purchase decision and negotiation. A man of integrity, people of Doug's character do not come along often and we're so appreciative to have worked with him. Colin Turnbull guided us through our financing plans. Similar to Doug, a really nice guy and very intelligent. He knows his stuff but more importantly learns about his client's needs very quickly. Very turned off by experience I emailed them on wddnesday to go for a test drive on Saturday. Sales rep responded at 11pm that night asking if I wanted to go for a test drive later I emailed them on wddnesday to go for a test drive on Saturday. He finished off the email saying 'If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact me on my direct line which is (Insert Salesman Cell Number here). I never heard another word from them. No follow-up. I went to Murray for a test drive and was not impressed with ther service there. We then went to Birchwood and had a sales guy called Goran. Had an amazing experince. Let us go for a awesome test drive by ourselves. He was very knowledgeable on the car. He listened to understand our needs. And got us a cracking deal including a trade-in. $9400 less than Murray. Drove car home same day. I would highly recommend Birchwood and Goran! More
