Features of vehicles test driven were clearly described, and I appreciated the honesty of Mr. Davies when discussions revolved around what options would best meet my driving needs. Options for purchase/financing were clearly explained by Mr. Meikle and Mr. Turnbull. Again, there was never a feeling of someone attempting to "up sell". I never once felt pressured to buy and it seemed like they really cared about wanting to put me in the best car for me that fit well in my budget, never once trying to sell me something that I did not need or pushing me to buy something that I did not need. I was a Hyundai owner before this car and because of this experience and make of their models I will be a Hyundai owner for a very long time, with this car and others.
