Bad service Despite being warned about the service at C and C Subaru in Pickering I went ahead and purchased a 2012 outback from the dealership. Less than 4 month Despite being warned about the service at C and C Subaru in Pickering I went ahead and purchased a 2012 outback from the dealership. Less than 4 months later I experienced a compete engine failure on the highway. A week and a half later I was contacted that my car was ready for pickup.Although I gave them an hour more than the appointed time I still had to wait another hour and deal with about 4 people until I got to the service manager.At this point I'm already frustrated and then was told that perhaps I should maintain my car better! Are you kidding me? I told him that i purchased the car from this dealership 4 months previous and his response was " i don,t think so" with a condesending chuckle. He couldn't see that on the computer.? 600 dollars later after buying a timing belt,spark plugs.i was really pissed. On the way out i saw the salesman that sold me the car and told him that the service sucks and that I would never take my car back there,never mind purchase one and his response was " ok" tapped the hood of my car and walked away. I have friends that have bought new subarus lately that live locally in Durham region and went to barrie and Markham to get them because of their bad experiences from C and C. More

Non existent customer service!!! I walked in here expecting to learn more about which Subaru vehicle is right for me. From the time I walked in, I spent at least 25 mintues looking a I walked in here expecting to learn more about which Subaru vehicle is right for me. From the time I walked in, I spent at least 25 mintues looking at a few showroom models, opening doors, testing the seating, picking up brochures. Not one person even acknowledged my existence, never mind asking if I needed help, but smiling or saying simple hello or welcome. They saw how I dressed and went about their business. I gave every opportunity and waited to see if anyone would approach me. Even walked around checking the outdoor inventory, nothing. I felt discriminated and their customers are obviously not important. I can't even say they have bad customer service as it was basically non existent. There judgement was that I was some punk not going to buy with probably bad credit and they didn't even bother. This was 4pm on a we'd afternoon and not one salesman was with a client. All talking to each other and rather check their phones at their desk. Little did they know I was ready to buy, have excellent credit, home owner and work for the bank for 11 years. Never have I had this sort of experience and I hope anyone reading this review deflects them to look somewhere else. If these ratings count for anything, I hope the general manager sees this and knows that I am on my way to Willowdale Subaru to make my purchase with someone who appreciates my business. Thanks More

Worst Service Ever! If you are thinking of going to this dealership.. .DONT! I received a recall in the mail and called in to book an appointment at this dealership, sinc If you are thinking of going to this dealership.. .DONT! I received a recall in the mail and called in to book an appointment at this dealership, since it is the closest to my house. The woman on the phone took down my recall info and told me they are booking appointments for the following week, so I requested Tuesday. She said come in anytime that day service will take about an hour. I took the morning off work, and got my brother to as well just to take me to have this service done and when I got there they told me the part WASNT in stock and that if I book an appointment they will make sure to set one aside for me. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. I did call to book an appointment and the idiot working there told me to come in no problem. Well thanks for making two of us miss a morning of work for nothing. DO NOT GO HERE!!! More
