I brought me car in for the scheduled service at 40,000 Km. I brought to Riley ( service Rep ) an issue with the brakes that has been an issue for the some time now and has been getting worse. he said h Km. I brought to Riley ( service Rep ) an issue with the brakes that has been an issue for the some time now and has been getting worse. he said he would look into it and get back to me. true to his word, he called me a few hours later and he did some research and it may be a manufacturer issue and he would check with the service manager. The next morning he called to say the brake is issue was fixed and new parts were installed.at no charge to me Riley definitely went over and above. It's the entire team at Whitby Subaru that keeps me coming back as a very happy customer Thank you Riley...and Thank you Whitby Subaru More

They would not honor their own return policy outright lying to my face and call me a criminal. Truly saddenes my heart as my BRZ from 2018 is of the high quality but their staff unfortunately not so much and I will never return to this one in Whitby as they alway take advantage and our money.
