If you are looking for staff that knows their stuff ask for Richard, he answered all of my questions without hesitation and when he wasn't sure on something, he made sure to find out the answer and not just make it up (as I had seen at a different dealership). We feel that our final deal was fair to everyone involved and we left feeling very happy with our experience. Our experience with Scott, the finance manger, was also very positive. He did not keep pressing us to consider extras (eg. fabric protection) once we let him know that we were not interested (again, this is unlike some of the local competitors). Their service department is just as friendly and helpful, this is one place that I know my vehicle will be taken care of. The sales-team that I dealt with on my latest purchase did a great job in providing me what I needed. Mazuri welcomed us to the dealership with his friendly smile, assessed our needs and introduced us to the vehicles that he thought may be a fit for us.
