However, at our last service, which was one of the more expensive ones, everything was great, except, for the first time, our car had not been washed. A little disappointing considering the weather lately; and the car was pretty dirty :) More

Fast and simple transaction I located the vehicle I wanted on their website and within a couple of hours the deal was completed over the phone. West coast gave me a great price I located the vehicle I wanted on their website and within a couple of hours the deal was completed over the phone. West coast gave me a great price for my trade in as well as all the incentives available. When I picked up the vehicle I didn't have any surprises and all paperwork and transfers were completed within 2 hours. All the staff was excellent to deal with. I completed sale and made the 3pm ferry back to Victoria. Dealership was very clean and well laid out. Looking forward to getting my Sedona serviced there. More

It apparently also covered the " shorter " check-up, as well. As with all of our dealings with the staff at Westcoast Kia, we were met and the service carried-out, by friendly, competent staff members. I was especially glad about their shuttle service, as I had an injured knee, and the ride " from door to door" was much appreciated.
