He was gracious even when we were grinding and throwing questions at him left, right and center, about prices and inclusions, he tried his best to give us the best deal possible, running back and forth to the manager to see what deals for us could be made. FOUND MY SECOND DREAM CAR - ANOTHER KIA I had been driving a 2005 Kia Sportage for 4 years now and absolutely loved it. Never any problems. Safe and comfortable drive. But I felt that it was time for a little more luxury so I went to several dealerships, checking out other makes and models of suv's. Went to West Coast Kia and it was a most rewarding experience - Kenny, my sales rep, was so extremely helpful and I found a 2017 Sportage (demo) that is absolutely awesome to drive. Kathy, Ruth and the insurance lady were also very professional, informative with options, etc. And really nice too! Kenny was so knowledgeable about the features of my vehicle, and very kindly preset options for me for my convenience, which was so appreciated! He is personable, professional and he has urged me to drop in whenever in order that I can learn more of the features of my vehicle, if I don't want to wade thru the manual. I was very impressed with him. I also took it back in to have a remote start installed and the service staff was awesome. They even washed and vacuumed my car for me after the installation. Overall, anyone considering buying a new or used vehicle, go see Kenny at West Coast Kia. He will take great care of you and do everything in his power to meet your requirements.
