We just bought a 2018 Kia Forte 5 LX, we pick it up today. Pierre is great with conversation and was willing to go beyond his job description to please us! He was gracious even when we were grinding and throwing questions at him left, right and center, about prices and inclusions, he tried his best to give us the best deal possible, running back and forth to the manager to see what deals for us could be made. He was very friendly and knowledgeable - all the staff there are great! We ended up getting the 2018 Kia Niro Hybrid! Everything from test driving, financing, and getting the insurance sorted out was effortless and easy. It really feels like a family there! When we picked up our Niro, Pierre sat in the vehicle with us and showed us all the ins and outs - above and beyond! Will be definitely be recommending this dealership to others :-) More
